NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER 

No. 19/A/2025" (relaunch of NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL Open Invitation to Tender No. 05/A/2025)

The Algerian Industrial Project Implementation Company (SARPI SPA) is issuing a National and International Open Invitation to Tender.

"No. 19/A/2025" (relaunch of NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL Open Invitation to Tender No. 05/A/2025) regarding :

Supply of generators divided into five batches:

BATCH (01): TEN (10) 500 kVA generators

BATCH (02): TEN (10) 350 kVA generators

BATCH (03): TEN (10) 200 kVA generators

BATCH (04): FIFTEEN (15) 100 kVA generators

BATCH (05): FIVE (05) 50 kVA generators

For various SARPI Spa projects.

The Tender Documents may be collected from the SARPI headquarters located at 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani – Hydra, Algiers, and no later than September 15^th 2025, by any interested candidate, upon presentation of a copy of the trade register for the activity, the candidate's wet stamp, a delegation of authority in the case of a mandated person, signed by the first person in charge, and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of (Twenty Thousand Algerian Dinars) 20,000.00 DA for Algerian tenderers (Two Hundred Euros) €200 for foreign tenderers by bank transfer to the BEA bank account, Hydra Agency 005, Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005

In accordance with the provisions in force, the specifications will be provided free of charge to tenderers who have already participated in the previously canceled invitation to tenders, namely DAO No. 05/A/2025.

The single-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tenders.

Under this Invitation to Tenders, technical offers, without any price indication, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single envelope, addressed to or delivered to the following address: SARPI sise au 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani – Hydra - Alger, no later than September 16^th, 2025.

For Algerian tenderers, technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail in the amount of:

Batch 01 : One Million Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 200 000.00 DA).

Batch 02 : One Million Algerian Dinars (1 000 000.00 DA).

Batch 03 : Seven Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (700 000.00 DA).

Batch 04 : Seven Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (700 000.00 DA).

Batch 05 : Two Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (200,000.00 DA).

Established for the benefit of SARPI, the validity period is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., One Hundred and Twenty (120) days, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

For foreign tenderers, the amount of the submission bail is:

Batch 01 : Twelve Thousand (12 000.00) Euros or the equivalent in USD

Batch 02 : Ten Thousand (10 000.00) Euros or the equivalent in USD

Batch 03 : Seven Thousand (7 000.00) Euros or the equivalent in USD

Batch 04 : Seven Thousand (7 000.00) Euros or the equivalent in USD

Batch 05 : Two Thousand (2 000) Euros or the equivalent in USD

The offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who so wish at the opening session to be held at the following address: SARPI sise au 10 Rue Mohamed Taher Semmani – Hydra - Alger, on September 17^th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.

tenderers will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) calendar days as of the initial offer submission date.
