National and International Open Invitation To Tender N°: INV P3 05/26

Sonatrach Company, RPC Activity -Refining Division Exploitation, Arzew Refinery residing at the following address: BP N° 37 Zone industrielle - BP N°37 - Arzew - 31200 - Oran - Algeria launches a National and International open competitive invitation to tender regarding the:

Supply of handling equipement (forklifts and towing tractor) in 3 separate lots

Lot 1 : Forklifts

Lot 2 : clamp Forklifts

Lot 3 : towing tractor

2. The Tender Documents can be withdrawn from the <> of the Arzew Refinery before the withdrawal deadline set at forty (40) calendar days from the first publication of this Invitation into the tender at the BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10 000 DA )  for Algerian companies and One Hundred Euros (100 €) for foreign companies and the presentation of a copy of the electronic commercial register.

Proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the Tender File (Bank advice/Cash payment slip) must be drawn up in the name of the tenderer.

Only one stage mode of tender is applied to the present invitation.

For this tender, the technical bid, without any indication of price and the financial offer must be given simultaneously in two separate folds witch they must be given in another same anonymous fold, with the mentioned address:

Supply of handling equipement (forklifts and towing tractor) in 3 separate lots

Lot 1 : Forklifts trucks

Lot 2 : Clamp Forklift

Lot 3 : towing tractor

 “Technical Offer and Financial Offer – Do Not Open-”

No later than the deadline for submission of tenders set at Sixty (60) calendar days as from the date of publication of the offer on the

BAOSEM, before 15h30.

The technical offer are given with a guarantee of offer of an amount of:

• Lot 01 : Forklift trucks

Three hundred and towenty thousand Dinars (320 000) DA for local bidders.

Two thousand and one hundred Euros (2 100 €) for foreign bidders

• Lot 02 : Clamp forklift

Two hundred and sixty thousand Dinars (260 000) DA for local bidders

One thousand and seven hundred Euros (1 700 €) for foreign bidders

• Lot 03 : towing tractor

Two hundred thousand Dinars (200 000) DA for local bidders

One thousand and three hundred Euros (1 300 €) for foreign bidders

Who’s the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days with an additional of 30 calendar days

The bid guarantee may be submitted to the bid opening commission by the bidder or his

authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

6.The folds containing the technical bids will be opened with the presence of the tenderers representations whom wishing it.The opening meeting will take place at Arzew Refinery on a day fixed by an invitation witch will be transmetted to each tenderers.

7.The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their representatives duly elected at the opening session and review of financial bids to be held at the date, time and to address mentioned in the invitation will be send only to bidders whose technical tenders declared as satisfying the requirements of the Tender file.

8.The bidders will remain committed to their offer for period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days starting from the date of opening the technical offers.
