The National Company for Measuring and Controlling Instruments« ENAMC», Industrial Services and Logistics Division, a company of SONELGAZ Group, issues a national and international open invitation to tender regarding:
Supply of:
Batch n° 01: Supply of 06 heat exchangers (mixed batteries for the Air Treatment Centrals)
Batch n° 02: Supply of 01 refrigerated group (02 refrigerated circuits with 03 or 04 compressors)
the specifications are structured in 02 batches.
The tenderers may submit for one or both of the batches at the same time.
Tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at:

The tenders’ submission deadline is limited on April, 29th 2020 at 11h30.
The tenders must be in a double envelope, sealed and anonymous into 02 separate envelopes:
The first envelope “Offre Technique”
The second envelope “Offre Commerciale”
The tenders’ must be deposited in a single envelope addressed to:

The tenderers may attend to the tenders’ opening session on April, 29th 2020 at 11h30, at the meetings room of EN.AMC - Division Services Industriels et Logistiques located at the address: BP 02 Route de Batna 19600 EL-EULMA (W- de - SETIF) - ALGERIE.
The tenderers admitted after evaluation of the technical offers shall be invited by letter to attend the financial offers’ opening.
The tenderers keep engaged to their offers during a period of 120 days as from the date of the offers’ opening.
