The Company of Industrial Maintenance of Skikda (Abridged SOMIK- Spa) issues a national and international open invitation to tender, in a single step N° 05/APPROS/2021 SOMIK-Spa, concerning:
Supply of heat insulation material:
Batch n° 01: Polyurethane blocks;
Batch n° 02: Rockwool.
The tenderers may submit for one or both the batches.

In return of the payment of 5000.00DZD for the Algerian companies, by bank transfer to account SOMIK N° 00200052520356219592, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Skikda Agency; and 100 € for the foreign companies, to account SOMIK- Spa N° 052 120 000 43/56 at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Skikda Agency.
The bank voucher must carry the name of the company and tender’s number.
The tenderers must supply a submission bail with an amount of:
1 000 000.00 DZD for the locals
10 000 € for the foreign ones
(Attached in the technical offer) in risk of rejection.
The tenderers must submit their technical and financial tenders simultaneously.
The technical tender and the financial one must be put in internal envelopes, separated, sealed and stamped, placed in the same anonymous sealed envelope.
The internal envelopes UNIQUELY carry the acronyms, the company’s social reason and the tenderer’s address.
The external envelope must carry only the following mandatory mention:
