3. To the present invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separated folds contained in a same fold, at the address:

4. The deadline for receipt of requests for clarification and / or extension of time shall be no later than ten (10) days before the deadline for submission of tenders. After this deadline, these applications will not be considered.

5. Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of the bids.

6. The tenderers technical Bids shall be accompanied by tender bank guarantee; the amount of the bid bond is indicated in the Tender documents (DPAO). The validity term must be valid for a period of 210 days as from the deadline for submission of the bids.
