On July 24^th 2024 at 15h00 utmost, by any interested tenderer, in return of the presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register in the activity field of this invitation to tender,  and the payment voucher of a sum of 10.000.00 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers, by bank transfer into SONATRACH account N°002 000 81 08 122 000 80/14 opened in the External Bank of Algeria (BEA)   or 70.00 € concerning foreign ones, by bank transfer into BEA account, Agency Djenane El Malik Hydra Algiers, N° 00 2000 05050 3264 12459.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the DAO (bank statements/cash payment slip) must be made out in the name of the tenderer and bear the DAO references.

The tender mode in a single stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In the present invitation to tender, the technical offers, without any price indication and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separated envelopes in the same envelope The outer envelopes will bear only the contract title indicated in the DPAO, the title and number of the invitation to tender and the mention :

No later than August 26^th, 2024 at 15h00.

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail for the amount of 150.000,00 Algerian dinars for Algerian tenderers and the equivalent of the sum in foreign currency for for foreign ones, issued by banks under Algerian law covered by counter-guarantees issued by first-class foreign banks.

whose period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of opening of the technical offers .

Micro-companies established under Algerian law as part of the ANADE scheme are exempt from the submission bail requirement.

If the last day of the offers' submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

Any tender received after this deadline will be rejected.

Tender guarantees may be handed in by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the technical bids.

The bids containing the technical offers must be submitted no later than September 02^nd 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session mentioned in the invitation that will be sent to the candidates who have withdrawn the tender documents and which will take place at the following address:

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly appointed during the financial offers’ opening and examination which shall take place on the date, the time and the address mentioned in the invitation.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days as of the deadline for opening of technical offers.
