NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE
PREQ –NIO n°003 /DVL/DAP/2024
The National Company for Pipelines (ENAC/Jsc) issues a national and international open prequalification notice for the selection of potential candidates to compete for participation in a Selective Consultation regarding:
Supply of instrumentation equipment divided into nine (09) batches:
Batch 1: Instrumentation equipment
Batch 2: Instrumentation cables
Batch 3: Fiber optic cable (with accessories)
Batch 4: System (SCADA, DCS, ESD, fire and gas, telecom, Anti-intrusion, CCTV, LDS, etc.)
Batch 5: Fire detection and extinguishing system
Batch 6: Counting System
Batch 7: Wellhead control panel (WHCP)
Batch 8: Nitrogen frame
Batch 9: Instrumentation accessories
The prequalification file may be withdrawn at ENAC: Direction Juridique (Bureau n°12) ENAC/Spa-132, Rue de Tripoli-Hussein Dey-Algiers (Algeria), by any interested candidate, against the payment of a non-refundable amount of three thousand dinars (DZD 3000), upon the presentation of an authorization letter(letter of attorney or delegation) bearing the object of the prequalification ,a copy of the commercial registration and an information sheet signed and sealed by the prime responsible of the company, bearing the following information: company’s name, quality , E-mail phone and fax numbers.
Applications must be submitted to the General Order Office (BOG) at the General Directorate of the national pipeline company, located at : 132, Rue Tripoli- Hussein Dey-Algiers (Algeria), in sealed envelopes, and clearly marked as follows:

La fourniture des équipements instrumentation répartie en neuf (09) lots :
Lot 1 : Equipement d’instrumentation
Lot 2 : Câbles d’instrumentation
Lot 3 : Câble Fibre optique (avec accessoires)
Lot 4 : Système (SCADA, DCS, ESD, feu et gaz, télécom, Anti-intrusion, CCTV, LDS…)
Lot 5 : Système de détection et extinction d'incendie
Lot 6 : Système de Comptage
Lot 7 : Panneau de contrôle de tête de puits (WHCP)
Lot 8 : Cadre d'azote
Lot 9 : Accessoires d’instrumentation

At the adress: ENAC/ Spa - 132, Rue de Tripoli- Hussein Dey- Alger (Algérie)
The deadline of applications’ receipt is fixed on August 21ST 2024 at 10h30.
Beyond this date, no application file will be considered (the postmark of the General Office of the BOG makes faith).
The result of the prequalification will be published on BAOSEM
Only candidates declared pre-qualified by ENAC will be invited to participate in the Selective Consultation
The unsuccessful candidates will be informed of the pre-qualification results.
