The Gold Mining Company, ENOR Spa, is launching a National and International Open Call for Tenders for:

SUPPLY OF INTERIOR LINING FOR THE TWO 16 TPH AND 8 TPH CRUSHERS

Eligibility condition: This open national and international call for tenders is aimed at economic operators, manufacturers and/or authorised distributors who have already produced or marketed similar supplies, offering an original product, and who have the financial, technical and regulatory capacity to perform the resulting contract.

Participation fees and withdrawal of the specifications: The specifications of the call for tenders are transferred free of charge, they may be the subject of either a physical or electronic withdrawal, as follows:

· By physical withdrawal at the levels of:

Algiers office located at 71 Rue Mohamed Belkacemi, El Madania, Algiers Algeria;

· On request, by e-mail to e-mail tenders@enor.dz;

In all cases, economic operators must provide, or attach to their Emails:

ü A formal request;

ü Copy of the document relating to the registration of their activity with the competent authorities;

ü Their company contact information.

Bid Bond: A bid bond in excess of One percent (1%) of the bid amount is required in connection with this Bid Solicitation.

Submission of tenders: Technical and financial tenders must be included in two separate envelopes containing the following information:

"Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer".

The two envelopes must be inserted into a third, closed, anonymous envelope with only the following information:

supply of interior lining for the two 16 TPH and 8 TPH crushers

"Submission to be opened only by the Commission for the Opening of Bids and the Evaluation of TENDERS"

Deadline for submission of tenders: Is set at TWENTY-ONE days from its first publication in the BAOSEM, before 12:00 noon, local time of Algiers, unless extended, in which case the economic operators who have withdrawn the specifications will be informed of the new date.

Bidding address: Bids must be deposited at the Algiers office of ENOR, located at 71 RUE MOHAMED BELKACEMI, EL MADANIA, ALGIERS ALGERIA.

Opening of bids: will take place on the same day of submission, at 13:00 local time in Algiers, in the presence of the bidders. If the bidding day falls on a public holiday or non-working holiday, the submission and opening will be postponed to the next business day.

Period of validity of bids: Bidders will remain bound by their bid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the deadline for submission of the bid.
