SUPPLY OF INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER SERVICES

SONATRACH/CEPSA (RKF), sited 310 km South-East of Hassi-Messaoud, publishes an Open International Tender addressed to qualified, certified and specialized companies that can clearly demonstrate capabilities, with proven similar previous job experience, to provide equipment and personnel to fulfil the scope of the tender for the supply of international freight forwarder services.

The Call for Tenders will be in two (2) consecutive phases (First phase: Technical; Second phase: Commercial).

Tenderers are informed that the submission of the commercial tender is subject to the successful evaluation of the technical tender, and Tenderers shall not submit the commercial tender until so instructed in writing by SONATRACH/CEPSA (RKF).

Tenderers that are interested by this Call for Tenders can withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions by sending an e-mail request to the addresses indicated here below:

The withdrawal of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions is subject to the following conditions:
Provide a copy of the registration form or trade register.
Provide a written request with the official stamp of the Tenderer and the full name and the position of the person entitled to withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, Tenderers shall sign and return the Tender Acknowledgement Letter and the Confidentiality Agreement Form, as soon as practical and no later than seven (7) days after reception of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions as per the instructions to Tenderers included inside.

Failure to comply with the above may invalidate the process.

The Closing Time and Date for receipt of technical tenders in response to this Call for Tenders is 17:00hrs (local Algeria Time) twenty-eight (28) calendar days after the date of Tender publication in BAOSEM.

The Closing Time and Date for receipt of commercial tenders in response to this Call for Tenders is 17:00hrs (local Algeria Time) fourteen (14) calendar days after written request by SONATRACH/CEPSA (RKF).
