GCB Company-SPA Water Treatment Directorate, issues a national and international Open invitation to tender regarding:

Supply of LG Chem type membranes for the Corso seawater desalination plant in Boumerdès

 Project: Corso seawater desalination plant, Boumerdès

The Specications can be withdrawn from GCB, Water Treatment Department, located at Lot 02, HAY COMMUNAL DAR EL BEIDA, ALGER Province, or by email: juridique.dwt@gmail.com/jur.dwt@gcb.dz

Upon publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, and upon presentation of proof of payment of the following amount: For Algerian tenderers:

5000 DZD non-refundable (payable to GCB DTE) to the following account: RIB N° 002 00111 1112200294 53, GCB BEA Agence Boumerdes 111 sise au bloc A OUED TATAREG BOUMERDES.

For foreign tenderers: (50.00 Euros) non-refundable (payable to GCB DTE) to the following bank account: RIB N° 002 00082 821 200 001192, BEA Agence Rouïba sise au Route de AIN TAYA - ROUIBA.

Companies excluded from the GCB and Sonatrach Group's procurement process are not eligible to participate in this invitation to tender.

The tender process will be conducted in a single stage, with the submission of both the technical and nancial offers occurring simultaneously.

Only tenderers whose technical offers comply with the requirements of the Specications will be invited to the nancial offer’s opening.

The technical offer must not, under any circumstances, include any price indication.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer submitting the lowest price.

The technical and nancial offers, constituting the submission, must be placed in separate sealed envelopes, one for each batch, and then placed inside a single, sealed, and anonymous outer envelope bearing the following information:

offers must be submitted exclusively to the following address: lot 02 HAY COMMUNAL DAR EL BEIDA W. Alger (Algeria) The deadline for obtaining, preparing, and submitting offers is 30 days as of the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM The nal date and time for submission of offers (technical and nancial offers) is the last day of the offer’s preparation period

If this date falls on a public holiday or a weekend, the offer preparation period will be extended to the next working day. The date and time for opening the offers (technical ones) should be publicly and will take place at the headquarters of the Boumerdès General Directorate, in the presence of the tenderers, who will be notied accordingly.

Technical offers must be accompanied by a submission bail of 2.500.000.00 DZD (approximately 20,000 USD/EUR).

tenderers will remain engaged to their offers for a period of 180 days, with an additional period of 30 days as of the date of the technical offers’ opening.
