The Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, composed of companies Sonatrach and ENI Alegria Production BV, governed by Decree 93-08 of 25/04/1993, operating in blocks 403, 403a, 403d (fields BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC) and in blocks 401a and 402a (field ROD), launches a national and international restricted invitation to tender for:

Open contract for the supply of Line Pipe for Oil, Gas and Water networks

Only the tenderers showing on the list that is related to the companies and factories certified by Sonatrach for the defined material (Line Pipe) can withdraw the specifications.

In this invitation to tender, technical tenders, without any indication of prices, and commercial tenders shall be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in one external envelope.

The closing date for the technical and financial tenders’ reception is set at 35 days at 18:00 as of the publication of this invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

The closing date for the specifications’ withdrawal is set at 25 days at 18:00, after the publication of this invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

Every tender received after the deadline shall be considered null and void.

Tenderers are bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days following the deadline for reception of tenders.

The tenderers keep engaged to their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the tenders’ submission deadline.

All costs incurred in the preparation of tender documents and/or the costs of any additional document which might be asked in this context by the Sonatrach-Eni Grouping during the evaluation will be afforded by the tenderer.

The examination and evaluation of the tenders shall be made by a domestic markets commission of the Sonatrach-Eni Grouping without the presence of the tenderers.
