The National Company For The Marketing And Distribution Of Oil Products

NAFTAL Spa, fuel Branche, Technical and Maintenance Department, DTM, launches a National and International Open for Competition Invitation to Tender Notice regarding :

Supply, divided into three (03) batches:

Batch No. 1: Spare parts for FMC loading arms;

Batch No. 2: Spare parts for SILIA loading arms;

Batch No. 3: Spare parts for PEROLO / EMCO WHEATION loading arms.

The tender documents can be withdrawn electronically at the following address

CBR.Marches@naftal.dz, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five  Thousand Dinars (5000 DA) for national tenderers and fourty Euros (40 €) for foreign tenderers, payable by transfer to account N°00200016160166050679 Agence B.E.A palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes - Alger, from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM.

offers are submitted in two (02) separate stages :

The first stage : submission and opening of technical offers.

They will be submitted by the tenderer or a his duly authorized representative and opened immediately,

The opening of the COP Technical offers will take place on: October,08^th 2025 at 09 AM. At :

Dar El Beida - Algiers.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the tenderer must place the original technical offer and its two (02) copies in separate, sealed inner envelopes.

The inner envelopes will be placed in an anonymous outer envelope marked with following statement:

The technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail of :

For National tenderers :

Batch No. 1: Spare parts for FMC loading arms; Two Million Dinars (2,000,000.00 DA);

Batch No. 2: Spare parts for SILIA loading arms; Three Hundred Thousand Dinars (300,000.00 DA);

Batch No. 3: Spare parts for PEROLO / EMCO WHEATION loading arms. Eight Hundred Thousand Dinars (800,000.00 DA).

For Foreign tenderers :

Batch No. 1: Spare parts for FMC loading arms; Thirteen Thousand Euros (€13,000.00);

Batch No. 2: Spare parts for SILIA loading arms; Two Thousand Euros (€2,000.00);

Batch No. 3: Spare parts for PEROLO / EMCO WHEATION loading arms. Five Thousand Euros (€5,000.00).

the validity of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., one Hundred And Twenty (120) days, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

The second stage : submission and opening of financial offers, which will be submitted by the tenderers or a their representatives duly mandated and opened immediately. An invitation letter specifying the place and date of the Commercial COP offer opening will be sent only to tenderers eligible for the commercial offer.
