National and International Open Invitation to tender with minimum capacity requirements

N°01/SOMIPHOS/CMDO/IPA/2019

The company of the phosphate mines, SOMIPHOS spa, launches a national and international open invitation to tender for:

“Supply and commissioning of two shunting locomotives

In favor of the mining company of phosphate - SOMIPHOS, Tebessa, Algeria.”

These specifications will be the subject of a national and international call for tenders for the selection of a candidate activating in the field of the supply of railway equipment; and this for the supply of two locomotives with a minimum power of 1,000 HP capable of towing a train of 24 wagons with a total load of 2,000 tons, with maintenance workshops in Algeria, providing after-sales service (own workshops or subcontracting).

Companies interested in the present call for tenders can receive the schedule of conditions in two ways:

1)Near the accounting department SOMIPHOS, : Headquarters of the General Directorate Sis in El Djorf at Tébessa12000, Algeria, against payment of a sum of eight thousand Algerian Dinar (8000.00DA), non-refundable, representing the costs of documentation and copying. The candidate must be accompanied by a copy of the legal status, the trade register and stamp;

2) For the withdrawal of the specifications by the Internet, it is mandatory to make the bank of a sum of eight thousand Algerian Dinar (8000.00DA) or the equivalent in one of the accounts indicated below, according to the nature of the currency used, and to send the receipt of transfer order:
