NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 03/A/2024

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 03/A/2024», regarding:

Supply of :

LOT 01 : (06) 500 KVA GENERATOR SETS

LOT 02: (06) 350 KVA GENERATORS

LOT 03: (10) GENERATORS 200 KVA

LOT 04: (10) GENERATORS 100 KVA

LOT 05: (10) COMPRESSORS 08 BARS

LOT 06: (10) COMPRESSORS 14 BARS

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers, and no later than June 03^rd , 2024, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of 20.000,00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and 200 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 ; SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005.

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

On june 04^th, 2024 .

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

• LOT N°1 : 700.000,00 DZD
• LOT N°2 : 600.000,00 DZD
• LOT N° 3 : 700.000,00 DZD
• LOT N° 4 : 500.000,00 DZD
• LOT N° 5 : 500.000,00 DZD
• LOT N° 6 : 700.000,00 DZD

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of:

• LOT N°1 : 7000,00 Euros ou l’équivalent en Dollars USD
• LOT N°2 : 6000,00 Euros ou l’équivalent en Dollars USD
• LOT N°3 : 7000,00 Euros ou l’équivalent en Dollars USD
• LOT N°4 : 5000,00 Euros ou l’équivalent en Dollars USD
• LOT N°5 : 5000,00 Euros ou l’équivalent en Dollars USD
• LOT N°6 : 7000,00 Euros ou l’équivalent en Dollars USD

Issued in favor of SARPI with a validity period equal to the validity period of the bids, i.e. one hundred and twenty (120) days, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

On june 05^th, at 10h30.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of submission.

Companies excluded from SARPI spa and SONATRACH group orders are not eligible to participate in the tender.
