NOTICE OF INTERNATIONAL PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products-NAFTAL Spa-, Fuels Branch, Marketing Department, issues an international pre-qualification invitation in the aim of establishing a short-list of qualified companies regarding:

Supply of lubricants of specified brands.

Qualified candidates will be solicited during the issue of the restricted consultation.

The pre-qualification file may be withdrawn upon publication of this notice in the BAOSEM Energy and Mining Sector Tender Bulletin, free of charge, by a duly authorized person from:

The deadline for withdrawal and submission of application files is set at 45 days as of the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The application file must be placed in an anonymous, sealed envelope, bearing only the following information in capital letters:

An AD-HOC committee will process the application files and establish the shortlist of companies having met the criteria required by NAFTAL Spa in this object.

Candidates whose application was not accepted will be kept informed.

The result of this operation will be published on BAOSEM.
