The National Company For The Marketing And Distribution Of Oil Products

NAFTAL Spa, fuel Branche, Marketing Department, issues an International prequalification to establish a shortlist of qualified companies for:

Supply of marine lubricants

Qualified candidates will be contacted during the launch of a restricted consultation.

The prequalification file may be withdrawn free of charge upon publication of this notice in the Energy and Mining Sector Tender Bulletin (BAOSEM) by a duly authorized person from:

The prequalification file may be requested electronically via the following email addresses:

The deadline for withdrawing and submitting applications is forty-five (45) days from the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

The application must be placed in an anonymous, sealed envelope, bearing only the following information in capital letters:

AVIS D’APPEL A PRE QUALIFICATION INTERNATIONAL

N°01/2025/NAFTAL/B.CBR/D.COM

« A NE PAS OUVRIR »

An ad-hoc committee will process the applications and establish a shortlist of companies that meet the criteria required by NAFTAL Spa.

Candidates whose applications are not selected will be notified.

The results of this process will be published on BAOSEM.
