Acquisition of Means of gauging

The national company for marketing and distribution of petroleum products NAFTAL SPA with a capital of 15.65 billion DA, Fuels Branch, Transportation Office, launches an open tender to national and international competition for the supply of:

" Means of gauging divided into three (03) lots?

Lot N°01: Materials of gauging
Lot N°02: Master Meter
Lot N° 03: counter stallion

The tender file can be withdrawn from the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulletin of tenders of energy and mines sector against the payment of a nonrefundable fee of five thousand dinars (5000 DA) for domestic bidders and fifty Euros (50 Euros) for foreign bidders, payable by bank transfer to account N° 00200016160166050679 agency BEA - Palais des Expositions, les Pins Maritimes - Algiers, from:

The submission form is in two (02) separate stages.

As part of the first stage of this invitation to tender, technical bids without any indication of price, they will be handed over by the tenderer or a duly authorized representative and opened at the moment, the opening of the Technical COPs is fixed on: 19/11/2017 at 09h30 at the head office of the Fuel Branch, located at HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE Airport, Dar El Beida - Algiers..

Under this invitation to tender, tenders must include the following:

In addition to the original, the bidder must provide two (02) copies of the technical bid.

The technical tenders are accompanied by a bid bond for an amount of:

For national tenderers, the amount of the bid bond is one Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (100 000.00 DA) for each lot.

For foreign tenderers, the amount of the bid bond is one Thousand Euros (1000 ?) for each lot.

The validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the tenders, is one hundred and twenty 120 days, with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

As part of the second stage of this invitation to tender, the financial bids will be submitted by the tenderer or a representative duly authorized by the tenderer and opened at the same time, a letter of invitation indicating the place and date of opening of the COP Commercial will be addressed to the only tenderers eligible for the commercial offer.

Financial offers are accompanied by a guarantee of offers.
