and at the latest Five (05) weeks from the date of publication of this notice by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Algerian Dinars (3000.00 DA) for Algerian companies or its counterpart value in foreign currency for foreign companies in the name of the company interested in this call for tenders

with mandatory mention of the number of this invitation to tender on the payment slip and on presentation of a copy of the trade register.

Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account N° 002 000 92 92092 60 054 66 opened with BEA, In-Amenas branch.

The method of submission in one step applies to this tender.

Under this invitation for Tenders, the technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two (02) separate envelopes contained in the same envelope at the address:

At the latest Seven (07) weeks after the deadline of retreat of the file of call for tenders is Twelve (12) weeks from the date of publication.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the following working day.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five hundred thousand (500,000.00 DA)

For Algerian Companies:

The tender guarantees are issued by banks incorporated under Algerian law.

For Foreign Companies:

The tender guarantees are issued by banks governed by Algerian law, covered by counter-guarantees issued by first-rate foreign banks.

The period of validity is one hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative (s) of the Tenderers who so wish at the opening meeting which will take place at the address:

the envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives during the opening session and review of the financial bids to be held on the date and at the time and address mentioned in the invitation addressed only to bidders whose technical bids declared conform to the requirements of the Bidding Documents.

Bidders will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of opening of the offers.
