supply of modules for various automated systems

and no later than five (05) weeks from the publication of this notice by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Two Thousand Algerian Dinars (2,000.00 DA) or its convertible currency equivalent for foreign companies in the name of the company interested in this invitation to tender and on presentation of a copy of the commercial register. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account N ° 002 000 92 92092 60 054 66 opened with BEA IN Amenas.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid bond of:
-Lot N ° 1 "Supply of modules for ABB system", Three hundred thousand Algerian Dinars (300,000.00 DA), for companies under Algerian law, or its equivalent in convertible currency for companies under Foreign Law

-Lot N ° 2 "Supply of modules for various automated systems" Four hundred thousand Algerian dinars (400,000.00 DA), for companies under Algerian law, or its equivalent in convertible currency for companies under foreign law

Lot N ° 3 Supply various instruments. Three hundred thousand Algerian dinars (300,000.00 DA), for companies incorporated under Algerian law, or its equivalent in convertible currency for foreign companies with a validity period of one hundred and eighty (180) days, together with an additional period of 30 calendar days.


4. The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderer representative (s) who so wishes at the opening session, which will take place at

5. The bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or their duly appointed representatives at the opening and financial tender examination session which will take place on the date, at the time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be addressed to the only bidders whose technical offers declared compliant with the requirements of the Bidding Documents.

6. Bidders will remain committed to their offer for one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date of submission of bids.
