NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 08/A/2024

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 08/A/2024», regarding:

supply of:

Fifty (50) Motor-driven welders

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers, and no later than July, 07^th 2025, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and payment voucher of an nonrefundable sum of 10.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (One Hundred Euros) 100 € for foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74.

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical offers with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of 3 000.000.00 DZD (Three Million Algerian Dinar)

For the foreign tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of Thirty thousand (€30,000) Euros or the equivalent in USD

Established for the name of SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

The offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

On July, 09^th 2025 , at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

Companies excluded from SARPI SPA and SONATRACH Group contracts are not eligible to participate in the tender.

Service providers interested in this invitation to tenders may receive the tender specifications electronically upon sending proof of payment of the tender specifications fee and a copy of the trade register for the activity to the email address of the aforementioned contact point.
