The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, GNL & GPL Division, GP1.Z Plant launches a national and international open invitation to tender for the:

Supply of one hundred and four (104) motors for air coolers.

The companies interested by the present notice. Are invited to withdraw the schedule of conditions within the Complex GP1.Z BP 39 Béthioua. Against presentation of the electronic trade register and the original of transfer notice of the sum of Four Thousand Dinars (4 000 DA) for Algerian companies and of Fifty Euro (50 €) for foreign companies in the SH account N° 00 2 000 70 700 41 60 429 48, open at the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie, Agence N°70 EL MARSA, N° 11 Rue Fertas Mohamed Arzew, Oran. Algérie.

Payments and transfers made to the bank account must be made in the names of the tenderers.

The mode of tender in one stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

The tenderers must send in the technical offer without reference of price and the commercial offer in two sealed envelopes under sealed fold.

The date and the limiting hour of reception of the technical and the commercial offer are fixed at Sixty (60) days at 15:00 mn as from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM.

Each company is hold to send or deposit an anonymous technical and commercial offer (a fold) addressed to the following address:

With the title of this tender, each tenderer must deposit in addition to the technical offer the original one of the guaranty of offer equal to One Million And Seven Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 700 000, 00 DA) for Algerian companies and Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Euro (11 600,00 €) for foreign companies, which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say One Hundred Eighty (180) days as from the deadline for submission of tenders, accompanied with an additional time Thirty (30) days calendar.

The technical folds will be opened in the presence of bidders or of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it with the meeting of opening would take place on level of GP1Z Plant in the Eight (08) days, which follow the closing day.

The date and the schedule of opening of the technical folds will be communicated to the tenderers by fax the day following the deadline for offers deposit.

The financial bids shall be opened and examined in the presence of bidders, which wish to attend the bids opening session or their duly authorized representatives during the financial bids opening and examination session, which shall take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation, which shall be addressed to only bidders, whose the technical bids are declared conformed to the bid package requirements.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of opening envelopes of the technical folds.
