The Sonatrach-Eni Group made up of the two companies Sonatrach, and Eni Alegria production BV governed by decree 93-08 of 04/25/1993, operator in blocks 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW , ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in the SF-FINE field and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, launches a restricted national and international invitation to tender for:

Supply of pipeline for the BKNEP/BKNES gas and oil well gathering system

Tenderers interested by the present request for tender are invited to request copy of the tender package from:

Upon presentation of a copy of the electronic Commercial Register extract in PDF format, bearing the activity code corresponding to the subject of the tender, as well as the company's contact details, by email to the following addresses:

The tender is carried out in one (01) phase submission mode.

Under this tender, technical offers without indication of price, and commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same outer envelope.

The outer envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes, must be anonymous.

The deadline for withdrawing files is twenty-one (21) days at 6:00 p.m. after the date of publication of this announcement.

The deadline for receipt of offers is set at thirty-five (35) days at 6:00 p.m. from the date of publication of this call for tenders in the BAOSEM (the date of publication in the BAOSEM included).

Any submission received after the deadline day will be considered null and void.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of offers.

All costs incurred by the preparation of the tender file and/or the costs of any additional document which may be requested in this context by the Sonatrach-Eni Group during the evaluation remain the sole responsibility of the tenderer.

The examination and evaluation of the offers will be carried out by an internal markets commission of the Sonatrach-Eni Group without the presence of the bidders.
