National and international open invitation to tender

N° 12/A/2023

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 12/A/2023 », regarding:

Supply of:

Batch n° 01:

• 18 power generators 500 kVA
• 07 power generators 350 kVA

Batch n° 02:

• 08 diesel luminous giraffes
• 07 solar powered luminous giraffes

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohammed Semmani – Hydra Alger, and no later than May, 22^nd 2023, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars) 10 000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (One Hundred Euro ) 100 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 ; SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI, 10 Rue Mohammed Semmani – Hydra – Alger

On May, 23^rd 2023 at 10h00 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

Batch n° 01: 3 000 000.00 DZD;

Batch n° 02: 1 000 000 00 DZD;

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of:

Batch n° 01: 30 000 € or its equivalent in USD;

Batch n° 02: 10 000 € or its equivalent in USD;

Established for SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

SARPI SPA, 10 Rue Mohammed Semmani Hydra Alger On May, 23^rd 2023 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

The companies that are excluded from SARPI Spa orders and of those of Sonatrach Group are not accepted to participate in this invitation to tender.

The suppliers that are interested in this invitation to tender may receive the specifications by email in return of sending the payment voucher for the specifications’ charges and a copy of the trade register at the email address of the contact point mentioned above.
