The National Agency for the Transformation and Distribution of Gold and Other Precious Metals, AGENOR Spa, announces a national and international open tender related to:

SUPPLY OF PRECIOUS METALS IN FINE SILVER IN THE FORM OF A SHOT

Eligibility conditions: This call for tender is aimed at national and international operators operating in the field of precious metals Silver

Participation costs and withdrawal of the specifications: Candidates interested in this notice may withdraw the specifications at the address indicated below, against payment of a non-refundable amount of: One Hundred Euros (100 €) for foreign candidates, Fifteen Thousand Algerian Dinars (15 000 DZD) for local candidates, to the bank account:

Open at the Banque Extérieure d’Algérie BEA - Ben M’Hidi Agency 015; located at 49 Rue Larbi Ben M’Hidi, Algiers. It can be collected either physically or electronically, as follows:

By physical withdrawal at the level of: The office of the Permanent Secretariat of Markets located at 71 Mohamed Belkacemi Street, El Madania, Algiers - Algeria

By requesting by email :  tenders@agenor.dz

In any case, economic operators must provide, or attach to the email:

Trade register or equivalent;

Their company's contact details (address, telephone number, fax number, etc.);

A payment or transfer.

Submission of tenders: The technical and financial tenders must be submitted in two envelopes bearing the following words:

Name and address of the tenders and the words "Technical tender" and "Financial tender".

The envelopes must be submitted in a third sealed and opaque envelope bearing only the following words:

Supply of precious metals in fine silver in the form of a shot

Deadline for submitting tenders: The deadline for submitting offers is Thirty (30) calendar days, from the date of the first publication of the call for tenders notice in BAOSEM, either before: 24^th, October 2025 at 12:00;

Tender submission address: Tenders must be submitted to:

Office of the Permanent Markets Secretariat located at 71 Mohamed Belkacemi Street, Madania, Algiers.

Envelope opening: It takes place on the same day of submission, at 13:00 local time Algiers, in the presence of representatives. If the day of submission of tenders falls on a legal holiday or a day off, the day of submission is postponed to the following working day.

Validity of offers: Candidates remain committed to their offers for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the last date for submitting offers.
