On the 45^th day at 15h00 utmost as of the publication of the present notice in the BAOSEM. by any interested prospective tenderer.

The interested companies may withdraw or receive the tender package upon presentation of the following documents:

• A Copy of the commercial registration in the field of the supply of hose canalization for hydrocarbons charging;
• Payment voucher of a non-repayable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5.000,00 DZD) concerning Algerian companies or Fifty Euros (50 €) concerning foreign companies.

The payment shall be made by transfer into bank account N° 002 00070 0702200168 92 open at External Bank of Algeria BEA- Agence El Marsa Arzew 70, N°11, Rue Mohamed Fertas Tourville Arzew –Oran. ALGERIE.

It is drawn to the tenderers’ knowledge that the payment of the specifications’ withdrawal fees can be done at any bank.

The technical tenders are accompanied by a submission bail (original copy) with an amount of 750 000 ,00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 6 000.00 € or any other foreign currency for the foreign ones.
