NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION FOR PRESELECTION OF SUPPLIERS

No. 02/DC-IMP/2025 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SHORTLIST OF SUPPLIERS ELIGIBLE TO TENDER

PURPOSE: SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIALS, FERTILIZERS, AND DERIVATIVES TO FERTIAL SPA FOR ITS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

The Algerian Fertilizer Company EPE FERTIAL SPA, Subsidiary of the Industrial Group – Fertilizers and Products Phytosanitary Products – EPE ASMIDAL SPA, as part of its fertilizer manufacturing and marketing activities, is issuing a National and International Invitation for Pre-Selection of Suppliers, with a view to :

 Establishing a shortlist for the supply of raw materials, fertilizers, and derivatives. The list of products is listed below:

Potassium Sulfate Granulated SOP

Potassium Sulfate Standard SOP

Sulfuric Acid 96% Minimum

Phosphoric Acid (P2O5)

SAM21 (Ammonium Sulfate)

MAP12.52 (Monoammonium Phosphate)

DAP (Diammonium Phosphate)

Companies specializing in this field may submit applications for a single or multiple products.

The technical specifications of the products are detailed in Appendix 1 of the Invitation to Pre-Selection of Suppliers.

The detailed list of documents comprising the application file is provided in Section 6, General Instructions to Applicants, in the Supplier Pre-Selection Document.

Applications must be submitted or received in accordance with the requirements of the Supplier Pre-Selection Document, at the above address no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on the Thirtieth (30th) day after the first publication on BAOSEM.

Applications sent by email and/or fax will not be accepted. Any application received after this deadline will be rejected. If this day falls on a public holiday or a statutory day of rest, the submission deadline will be extended to the next business day.

Applications will be opened and reviewed on the Thirtieth (30th) day at 2:30 p.m. local time, at the same address (without the presence of candidates or their representatives).

The offers’ preparation period extends from the date of the first publication of the Invitation to Pre-Selection of Suppliers Notice until the deadline for submission of application documents.

Candidates selected from a shortlist, valid for a period of three years, will be invited to submit an offer as part of the restricted consultations for the supply of the aforementioned products.
