FOR THE PRE-SELECTION NOTICE FOR SUPPLIERS N°02/DC-IMP/2025

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A SHORTLIST OF SUPPLIERS

EPE FERTIAL, Algerian Fertilizers Company, Head Office/Commercial Department, located at Route des Salines, P.O. Box 3088, Annaba 23000, Algeria, hereby informs all candidates who have obtained the National and International Pre-selection Notice Document N°02/DC-IMP/2025, regarding:

ESTABLISHMENT OF A SHORTLIST OF ELIGIBLE SUPPLIERS TO SUBMIT OFFERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIALS, FERTILIZERS AND DERIVED PRODUCTS TO EPE FERTIAL FOR ITS INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

Originally published in BAOSEM (Official Bulletin of Public Procurement in Algeria) issue N° 2422, dated September 3rd, 2025, in three languages ​​(Arabic, French and English), that the deadline for submission of offers, initially set for Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 at 2:00 PM, and the original date for offers’ opening, also initially set for the same day, are extended as follows:

-The new deadline for preparation and submission of offers is set for Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, before 2:00 PM.

Any submission received by mail at the address of EPE FERTIAL SPA, BOG, for the attention of the Ad Hoc Committee for the Annaba Industrial Pole, located at Route des Salines, P.O. Box 3088, Annaba 23000, Algeria, after the date specified above will be considered invalid and will be automatically rejected.

- The meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025, at 2:30 PM at the headquarters of EPE FERTIAL SPA in Annaba.
