The Sonatrach-Eni Group made up of the two companies Sonatrach, and Eni Algeria Production BV governed by decree 93-08 of 04/25/1993, operator in blocks 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW , ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in the SF-FINE field and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, launches a national and international limited invitation to tender for:

Supply of Reagents for Gas & LPG Mercury Removal Units and Technical Assistance

This notice only concerns companies specializing in the field and/or distributors approved in the marketing of this type of products and having recognized references in the domain.

The one-step submission method applies to this call for tenders.

Under this call for tenders, technical offers, without indication of price, and commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same outer envelope.

The outer envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes, must be anonymous.

The deadline for withdrawal of Call for Tender documents is set at twenty-one (21) days at 6:00 p.m. local time Algeria GMT+1 after the date of publication of this announcement in BAOSEM.

The deadline for receipt of Bids is set at thirty (30) days at 6:00 p.m. local time Algeria GMT+1, from the date of publication of this call for tenders in BAOSEM (date of publication in BAOSEM included).

Any submission received after the deadline day will be considered null and void.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of offers.

All costs incurred by the preparation of the submission file and/or the costs of any additional document which may be requested in this context by the SONATRACH-ENI Group during the evaluation remain the sole responsibility of the bidder.

The examination and evaluation of the offers will be carried out by a procurement committee of the SONATRACH-ENI Group without the presence of the bidders.

This Tender Notice only concerns bidders possessing or meeting the conditions below:

- Holders of the commercial register including the activity number corresponding to the domain covered by the call for tenders mentioned above.

- Must not appear in the blacklists of Sonatrach and/or Eni.
