SUPPLY OF RFCC CATALYST FOR ALGIERS REFINERY RESIDUAL FLUID CATALYTIC CRACKING UNIT AND RELATED SERVICES

Sonatrach Company –Refining & Petrochemistry Activity – Exploitation Refining Division-Algiers Refinery- Sidi Arcine-Baraki- POB N°185, El Harrach, launches an International Open Call to Tender for:

SUPPLY OF RFCC CATALYST FOR ALGIERS REFINERY RESIDUAL FLUID CATALYTIC CRACKING UNIT AND RELATED SERVICES.

The Tender file may be withdrawn by any interested candidate at the following address:

The closing date of withdrawing the tender file is fixed to Thirty (30) days before 4.00 PM starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM, against the payment of a non-refundable amount of Twenty-Five Euros (25, 00 €) and on presentation of a certified and signed copy of trade register and provided with the company stamp.

The mode in one step is applied for the current call to tender.

Under the current tender, the technical bids, without any indication of price and the financial bids must be submitted simultaneously, and under the penalty of rejection, in separate

sealed folds contained in one sealed anonymous fold at the following address, the outer envelope must bear the following marks:

Technical and Financial Offer

Bid not to open

The closing date of submitting the technical and financial offers is fixed to Forty-Five (45) days before 4.00 PM starting from the publication date of the present notice in the BAOSEM,

if the last day of the deadline for submitting tenders coincides with a legal holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

The technical offers are accompanied with a bid guarantee of Forty-Five Thousand Euros (45 000,00 €) Of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is One Hundred and eighty (180) days, with an additional deadline of thirty (30) calendar days.

The original bid guarantee can be submitted by the interested candidates on the day of the technical bids’ opening session.

The folds containing the technical offers will be opened in presence of bidder or their duly representatives who would like to attend the tenders’ opening session at the following address:

Date and time of the opening session, will be transmitted by fax to the candidates who have withdrawn the tender file.

The folds containing the financial offers will be opened and evaluated in presence of bidders or their duly representatives who would like to attend the financial tenders’ opening and evaluation session which will take place, on date and time mentioned on the invitations that

would be transmitted to the only bidders whose technical offers are declared in accordance with the tender’s file requirements.

The bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days starting from the date of opening of technical offers.
