Deadline for submission to tender: The Deadline for submission to tender is thirty (30) calendar days after the date of the first publication of the present notice on newspapers and / or BAOSEM. The time and date for submission of tender are shown on the specification book.

Period of validity of offers: Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of tender.

Submission of tender: Offers accompanied by the documents required to be presented under the conditions described in the specification book in two (02) distinct envelopes.

The First sealed envelope (01) : marked with words « Offre technique » in which are paced the « original and two copies » price?s indications

The Second sealed envelope (02) : marked with words « Offre financiere » in which are paced the « original and two copies »
