SONATRACH Spa Liquefaction & Separation Activity, GNL &GPL DIVISION, Complex GL1Z, BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA launches a notice Open National and International Call for Tenders for:

Supply of six (06) freights and associated accessories for six (06) demercurizers of the mercury removal units from natural gas of the GL1/Z plant

Sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand (5,000 DA) Algerian Dinars for companies under Algerian law and Fifty Euros (50 €) for companies under foreign law.

Payment will be made by transfer to the bank account of the complex GL1Z N ° 002 00070 7004160178 25, SWIFT BEXADZALX070 opened with the external bank of Algeria Agence Marsa N ° 11 rue Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran).

The proof of payments relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (Bank advice / Cash payment slip) must be established in the name of the Bidder.

The one (01) stage submission mode applies to this Call for Tenders.

Under this Call for Tenders, the technical offers without any price indication and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the address:

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

Three Hundred And Seventy Thousand Algerian Dinars (370.000,00 DA) for national bidders.

Two Thousand Eight Hundred Americans Dollars (2.800,00 $) for foreign bidders,

whose validity period is equal to the validity period of the bids,is one hundred and eighty (180) days, together with an additional 30 calendar days.

The Tenders Opening Committee (COP) opens, in public session, the tenders containing the technical offers.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will remain sealed and will be deposited in a secure location, reserved for this purpose at the secretariat of the Bid Opening Commission (COP), until they are opened by the Bid Opening Commission (COP) following the technical evaluation by a Technical Offer Evaluation Commission (C.E.O.T).
