The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, DIVISION GNL.GPL, Complex GL1Z BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA issues an open National and International invitation to tender for:The supply of Spare Parts for instrumentation for the GL1/Z complex » in twelve (12) separate lots:

Lot N°01: The supply of various pressure switches and indicators

Lot N°02: The supply of various thermometers, thermocouples and thermowells

Lot N°03: The supply of various transmitters and positioners.

Lot N°04: The supply of various instrumentation valves, solenoid valves, manifolds and connectors.

Lot N°05: The supply of various instrumentation spare parts for the K309 compressor of the INGERSSOL RAND brand.

Lot N°06: The supply of various spare parts for the sampling system.

Lot N°07: The supply of various spare parts and instrumentation accessories.

Lot N°08: The supply of various spare parts for the Oxygen analyzer.

Lot N°09: The supply of various spare parts for the CO2 analyzer.

Lot N°10: The supply of various instrumentation spare parts for the rehabilitation of automatic valves.

Lot N°11: The supply of various spare parts for boiler vibration loops.

Lot N°12: The supply of various spare parts for the gas detection system of the D-327 boiler.

Or requested by e-mail to the following e-mail address: jur_gl1z.lqs@sonatrach.dz ,no later than forty-five (45) days from the date of publication of this invitation in BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of five thousand Algerians Dinars (5.000,00 DZD) for the local tenderers and fifty Euros (50 €) for the foreign tenderers.

The payment Will be carried out by transfer to the bank account of GL1Z Plant N°002 00070 7004160178 25, SWIFT BEXADZALX 070 opened at the External Bank of Algeria at Marsa n°11, Street Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran).

The proof of payment related to the withdrawal of the tender document must be in the name of the tenderer.

The mode of tender in a one (01) stage is applied to the present invitation to tender submission.

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be handed simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same sealed fold, to the following address:

The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of as follows

Lot N°01: The supply of various pressure switches and indicators

¤ One thousand Euros (1 000,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ One hundred and fifty thousand Algerians dinars (150 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°02: The supply of various thermometers, thermocouples and thermowells

¤ Five hundred Euros (500,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Eighty thousand Algerians dinars (80 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°03: The supply of various transmitters and positioners.

¤ One thousand and two hundred Euros (1 200,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ One hundred and eighty thousand Algerians dinars (180 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°04: The supply of various instrumentation valves, solenoid valves, manifolds and connectors.

¤ Five hundred Euros (500,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Seventy thousand Algerians dinars (70 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

¤ Fourty thousand Algerians dinars (40 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°06: The supply of various spare parts for the sampling system.

¤ One hundred and twenty Euros (120,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Two thousand Algerians dinars (20 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

¤ One thousand Euros (1 000,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ One hundred and fifty thousand Algerians dinars (150 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°08: The supply of various spare parts for the Oxygen analyzer.

¤ One thousand and two hundred Euros (1 200,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Two hundred thousand Algerians dinars (200 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°09: The supply of various spare parts for the CO2 analyzer.

¤ One hundred and twenty Euros (120,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Twenty thousand Algerians dinars (20 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°10: The supply of various instrumentation spare parts for the rehabilitation of automatic valves.

¤ Five hundred Euros (500,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Seventy thousand Algerians dinars (70 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°11: Lot N°11: The supply of various spare parts for boiler vibration loops.

¤ One thousand and two hundred Euros (1 200,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Two hundred thousand Algerians dinars (200 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot N°12: The supply of various spare parts for the gas detection system of the D-327 boiler.

¤ Five hundred Euros (500,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

¤ Seventy thousand Algerians dinars (70 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

The Tenders Opening Committee (COP) opens, in public session, the tenders containing the technical offers which will be held five (05) days from the deadline for receipt of offers.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will remain sealed and will be deposited in a safe place reserved for this purpose at the level of the secretariat of the envelope opening committee (COP), until they are opened by the COP at the end of the technical evaluation by the CEOT.

The bids containing the technical offers are opened on the day, at the time and at the place indicated in the invitation which will be sent to the bidders

The bid guarantee can be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the bids for the technical offers.

The bids containing financial offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the Bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical offers declared comply with the requirements of the Call for Tenders Dossier.

The Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the deadline for submission of bids.

Societies must address a demand of invitation forty-eight (48) hours before the displacement of their loaded representative of the shrinking, for formalities of access use to the level of the industrial zone.

The tenderers wishing to withdraw the schedule of conditions must provide their representative with a legalized copy of the register trades with one power of attorney (Legal representative) and the seal of their company to the effect of the withdrawal the schedule of conditions.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the GL1Z Complex, BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA, at the latest on the fifth (05) working day following the deadline for submission of offers.

Bidders who would like to submit their bids must send their request to the address: JUR_GL1Z.LQS@Sonatrach.dz at least 48 hours in advance, accompanied by the national identity card and the driver's driving license and the vehicle registration document in the case of access with a vehicle, for the purposes of access to the Arzew industrial zone.
