The National Company For The Marketing And Distribution Of Oil Products

NAFTAL Spa, fuel Branche, Aviation Directorat, launches a National and International Open for Competition Invitation to Tender Notice regarding :

Supply of Spare parts distribution part for fuelling trucks and oleo servers, divided into two (02) batches:

BATCH N°01 : Spare parts distribution part of DESAUTEL brand or equivalent;

BATCH N°02 : : Spare parts distribution part TITAN brand or equivalent;

Tenderers may submit their offers for one (01) or several batches.

The tender documents can be withdrawn electronically at the following address

CBR.Marches@naftal.dz or at the Audit Department, Naftal fuel Branch, Aéroport HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Dinars (5,000 DA) for national tenderers and Forty Euros (40 €) for foreign tenderers, payable by transfer to account N°00200016160166050679 Agence B.E.A palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes - Alger, from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM.

offers are submitted in two (02) separate stages:

The first stage : submission and opening of technical offers.

By the tenderer or a his duly authorized representative and opened immediately,

The opening of the COP Technical offers will take place on: April,28^th2025 at 09 AM. at:

Branche Carburants, sis Aéroport HOUARI BOUMEDIENNE,

Dar El Beida - Algiers.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the tenderer shall place the original technical offer and its two (02) copies in two separate sealed inner envelopes.

The inner envelopes will be placed in an anonymous outer envelope marked as follows:

AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL OUVERT

Technical offers are subject to a submission bail of :

National tenderers:

Batch 01 : Seven Hundred And Fifty Thousand Dinars (750 000,00 DA)

Batch 02 : One million five hundred thousand Dinars (1 500 000,00 DA)

Foreign tenderers:

Batch 01 : Five Thousand Euros (5 000.00 €).

Batch 02 : Ten Thousand Euros (10 000.00 €).

The period of validity of which is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e. One Hundred and Twenty 120 days, plus an additional period of thirty 30 calendar days.

The second stage : submission and opening of financial offers, which will be submitted by the tenderers or a their representatives duly mandated and opened immediately. A letter of invitation specifying the place and date of the Commercial COP offers’ opening will be sent only to eligible tenderers.
