SONATRACH SPA, REFINING AND PETROCHEMICAL ACTIVITY- REFINING EXPLOITATION DIVISION, RA2K REFINERY, launches an Open National and International Invitation to Tender for :

Supply of Spare Parts for Centrifugal Pumps Manufactured by Flowserve or Equivalent

or requested via e-mail, RA2K.SPM@Sonatrach.dz no later than Twenty One (21) Calendar Days, from the publication of the notice of Tender in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DZD) for national bidders or Thirty Five Euros (35.00 €) or Thirty Seven American Dollars (37.00 $ US) for foreign bidders, and up on presentation of a copy of an electronic commercial register and a mandate for the person responsible of withdrawing the tender file.

Payment will be made by payment to Refinery RA2K bank account:

N°002 00085 085 220 0009/85, BEA - Sonatrach site – Skikda.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the Tender file (Bank Notice) must be drawn up on behalf of the Bidder.

The tendering mode in one-stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this present invitation to tender, the technical offers without any indication of price and the financial offers must be submitted simultaneously and under penalty of rejection, in two separate envelopes contained in a single sealed and anonymous outer envelope, to the following address:

The deadline for submitting tenders is no later than Thirty (30) calendar days before 16H00 PM, from the publication of the notice of tender in BAOSEM, if the last day for submission the offers coincide with a public holiday or weekend, the deadline will be extended until the next working day.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of One Million and Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1,500,000,00 DZD) for national bidders and Ten Thousand and Six Hundred and Eighty-Five Euros (10,685.00 €) or Eleven Thousand and Tow Hundred and Twenty-Four American Dollars (11,224.00 $ US) for foreign Bidders, of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, which is One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the deadline of submission offers, with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

the guarantee of submission could be submitted by the candidate or his authorized representative on the day of the opening of the technical offers.

The technical and the financial offers must contain the listed documents in the tender file (check points 7.2 & 7.9 of Bidders Instructions).

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the following address:

The date and time will be communicated in the invitation letter to be sent to bidders participating in this call for tenders.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly designated representatives, which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant with the requirements of the tender folder.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) Calendar Days from the deadline for submission of technical offers.
