NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER N° 05/RTC/2018

The national company SONATRACH, Transport Activity by Pipeline, Exploitation Division, Regional Direction of Béjaïa, issues a national and international open invitation to tender N°05/RTC/2018 to supply, in separated batches, spare parts for offshore loading station of Béjaïa.

The supply is consisted of the five batches:
- Batch n° 01: spare parts for flowserve pump, afton pump and air compressor Ingersoll Rand
- Batch n° 02: Spare Parts for valves, discharges valve and filters
- Batch n° 03: Spare Parts for electricity
- Batch n° 04: Spare Parts for instrumentation
The bidders may tender for one or many batches.

The bidders who are interested by the present notice may withdraw the specifications at one of the following addresses, within a period of forty five (45) days from its publication in the BAOSEM, (From 04/10/2018 au 18/11/2018) on presentation of a copy of Trade Register and the receipt of the transfer of a non repayable sum of five thousands Algerian dinars (5 000 DA) or the equivalent of this sum in a convertible foreign currency, in SONATRACH bank account N° 002 000 410 412 200 009/95, opened at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency n° 41, located in Boulevard KRIM Belkacem, Béjaïa.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 18/11/2018, at 16:00.

The bidding mode applicable to the present invitation to tender is of one step.

The bidders or their representatives must pass their technical bids, accompanied with the documents required in specifications, without any reference to the price, and their financial bids accompanied with the documents required in separated envelopes, these two envelopes must be put in an external anonymous envelope bearing only the following mentions:

The bidders must add to their financial bids a guarantee of:
- Eight hundred thousand (800 000, 00 DA) Algerian Dinars or the equivalent in a foreign currency for the batch N° 01,
- Four hundred thousand (400 000, 00 DA) Algerian Dinars or the equivalent in a foreign currency for the batch N°02,
- Six hundred thousand (600 000, 00 DA) Algerian Dinars or the equivalent in a foreign currency for the batch N°03,
- Four hundred thousand (400 000, 00 DA) Algerian Dinars or the equivalent in a foreign currency for the batch N°04

The guaranties are valid for a period of 180 days plus an additional period of 30 days.
The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives to the opening session which be held at the siege of the RTC Béjaïa located at the above address, on 22/11/2018 at 10.00 am.

The bidders will remain committed by their offers during a period of hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the deadline for submission of bids.
