The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI Jsc) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 21/A/2025 », regarding:

Supply of spare parts (PDR) for TOYOTA HILUX PICK-UP vehicles 4x4 and 4x2

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra Algiers, and no later than November, 23^rd  2025, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and payment voucher of an nonrefundable sum of 10.000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and €100 for foreign tenderers by transfer to the bank account BEA Agence Hydra 005 Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical offers without indication of the price and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI sise au 10 Rue Mohamed Taher SEMANI – Hydra - Alger

On November, 24^th  2025 utmost at 10p.m

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

500.000.00 DZD 

For foreign tenderers, the amount of the submission is:

5.000.00 Euros 

Established for the benefit of SARPI, the validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., (120) days, with an additional period of (30) calendar days.

The offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderer(s) representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

SARPI Spa, 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers

On November, 24^th  2025, at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
