NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

Algerian Drilling Fluids Services Company Spa « ADFC », located at 168, rue Hassiba Ben Bouali, Tour B, 6éme étage, El Hamma- Alger – Algérie, issues a Pre-qualification of candidates in order to establish a short-list of potential service companies specialized in:

Supply of Synthetic Oil

This invitation to tender is addressed to companies specialized in the manufacture and sale of products subject of this tender, whose capacities and qualifications meet the following conditions:

-Trade register owner with the activity codes corresponding to the subject of the invitation to tender.

- Have a proven experience in this kind of supply.

Companies interested in this call for tenders can submit their application to participate, upon presentation or by sending an e-mail with the following documents:

- A certified copy of the trade registers corresponding to the scope of the above mentioned offer.

-Original payment slip (provided by the Banque Extérieure Algérie ( BEA) of the sum of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5000 DA) for companies governed by Algerian law. and the sum of Fifty Euros (50 Euros) for foreign companies, paid consecutively into the accounts following:

The proof of payment for the withdrawal of the tender file (Bank advice / Payment slips) must be made out in the name of the company in question.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, the amount of which is set as follows:

4 986 225.00 DZD, for national bidders.

39 935.00 USD, for foreign bidders.

The bid bond is an integral part of the technical offer.

Tenderers are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the tender specifications.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM. If the last calendar day falls on a holiday or weekend (Friday or Saturday), the deadline for receipt of applications is the next business day.

Any submission received after 18h00 pm (local time Algeria) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void.
Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of the Bids.

NOTE:

- The candidates on the blacklist of the energy and mining sector companies (SONATRACH and ADFC) cannot withdraw these prequalification tender documents.

- Any request for clarification must be written and addressed no later than Five (05) days before the deadline for submitting application.
