SONATRACH  -  ORGANISATION  OURHOUD,  an  association  between  the  companies  Sonatrach,  Cepsa  Algerie  S.L  ,  Anadarko  Algeria  Company  LLC,  Eni  Oil  Algeria  Limited,  TOTAL  E&P  Algérie  Berkine,  Pertamina  Algeria  EP  et  REPSOL  405A,  issues  a  competitive  restricted  national  and  international  call  for  tender  for:

SUPPLY  OF  SYSTEM  UPGRADE  SERVICES  OF  UHF  RADIO  COMMUNICATIONS  OF  SONATRACH  ORGANIZATION  OURHOUD

IMPORTANT:  This  notice  concerns  only  specialised  companies  in  the  field  of  supply  and  Upgrade  of  UHF  radio  communication  systems.

The  companies  interested  in  the  present  call  for  tender  may  withdraw  the  Enquiry  package  from  the  Procurement  and  Contract  Department  at  the  address  below;  against  presentation  of  a  copy  of  the  company  extract  from  the  electronic  trade  register  with  nomenclature  corresponding  to  the  subject  of  this  tender.

Tenderers  must  submit  simultaneously  their  technical  and  commercial  offers,  each  in  a  separate  and  closed  envelope;  the  envelope  containing  both  bids  must  be  strictly  anonymous  and  include  the  following:

The  deadline  for  submission  of  the  technical  and  financial  bids  is  Forty-Five  (45)  Days  from  the  publication  of  the  present  announcement  in  the  BAOSEM,  the  date  of  publication  being  included  in  this  period. 

All  tenders  received  by  the  secretariat  of  the  Directeur  General  of  Sonatrach  -  Organisation  Ourhoud  after  6.00  p.m.  on  the  closing  date  will  be  considered  null  and  void. 

IMPORTANT  NOTICE 

No  pricing  information  should  be  included  in  the  Technical  offer,  otherwise  they  will  be  rejected,  these  offers  must  be  together  with  the  relevant  administrative  documents  as  required  in  the  specifications. 

The  bid  documents  may  not  be  restored. 

All  costs  associated  with  the  preparation  of  the  tender  will  be  for  the  account  of  the  tenderer.

The  bid  file  receipt,  concerning  the  present  invitation  to  tender,  may  not,  in  any  case,  commit  Sonatrach  -  Organisation  Ourhoud  to  register  the  company  bidder  in  its  approved  suppliers  list  and  all  the  more  so  to  award  it  the  contract  relating  to  the  services  subject  of  the  present  notice.
