National and International Open Invitation to Tender
N° 03/A/19 (One-step stage)
1. The Sonatrach Company, Downstream Activity, Complex GL2Z BP-166 Béthioua issues a National and International invitation to tender for:
SUPPLY OF TELESCOPIC CRANE ASSEMBLED ON TRUCK, 70 TONNES LIFTING CAPACITY
2. The Tender Documents can be withdrawn to the address mentioned, at the latest 30 days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against surrender of attorney withdrawing Tender Dossier for persons authorized, a copy of the trade register and a payment justification of a nonrefundable amount of 3500,00 Algerian dinars for the Algerian company and 50,00 Euros for foreign companies, account SONATRACH COMPLEX GL2Z No. 00 2000 70 700 41 602 41-30 Agency 70 BEA ARZEW SITE.
3. The mode of tender in a stage applies to the present Invitation to tender.
4. The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold, to the address mentioned above, at the latest 30 days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM. If the offers' submission deadline coincides a day-off or a week-end, the deadline shall be postponed to the first following workdays.
Only the General order Office stamp makes valid.
The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of 2.000.000,00 Algerian Dinars for the local tenderers and 15.000,00 Euros for the foreign tenderers of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred and eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of (30) days calendar.
5. Bids containing technical bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent to the bidders withdrew the tender file.
6. Bids containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of bidders wishing to attend or their duly designated representatives at the opening and examination of the financial tenders meeting which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be sent only to bidders whose technical bids reported conform to the requirements of the tendering Board folder.
7. The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for One hundred eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from the handover date of the offers.
8. The company wanting to withdraw the tender by email way can send a copy of the trade register and the order of transfer to the following addresse:
