NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN PREQUALIFICATION CALL

The Sonatrach-Eni Group made up of the two companies Sonatrach, and Eni Alegria production BV governed by decree 93-08 of 04/25/1993, operator in blocks 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW , ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC), in blocks 401a & 402a (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in the SF-FINE field and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, hereby launches a national and international open prequalification call for:

Contract for the supply of the chemical product “Oil corrosion inhibitor”

At the end of this prequalification process, only candidates selected by the SONATRACH/ENI Group (GSE) hose files are deemed acceptable will be invited to participate in the selective tendering process.

Interested bidders may collect the prequalification dossier from the: Purchasing and Contracts Direction, Sonatrach-Eni Group, Road of CINA, Sonatrach base 24 February, Partners Zone, BP 559, 30500 Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla Province- Algeria.

Upon presentation of a PDF copy of the electronic Commercial Register extract bearing the activity code corresponding to the subject of the tender, as well as the company’s contact details, to be sent by email to the following addresses:

The two-stage submission procedure applies to this prequalification call.

Bidders may request additional information, if necessary, from the Procurement and Contracts Department at the email addresses mentioned above.

The deadline for withdrawing files is twenty-one (21) days at 6:00 p.m. after the date of publication of this announcement.

The deadline for receipt of offers is set at thirty-five (35) days at 6:00 p.m. from the date of publication of this call for tenders in the BAOSEM (the date of publication in the BAOSEM included). Any submission received after the deadline day will be considered null and void.

Prequalification dossiers, accompanied by the required supporting documents, must be submitted to the above-mentioned address in sealed envelopes bearing the following indication:

The opening and evaluation of prequalification dossiers will be carried out by an internal tender committee of the Sonatrach–Eni Grouping, without the presence of the bidders.

All costs incurred in preparing the dossiers shall be borne exclusively by the bidder.

Only bidders with recognized experience and reputation will be authorized to obtain the tender documents.

The bidder must not appear on the blacklists of SONATRACH and/or Eni.
