The National Company of Civil Engineering and Building, by abbreviation G.C.B., Engineering and Procurement Management / Sub-Directorate of Procurement, located at : Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 villa n° 09, Dar El Beida, Algiers. Is launching an expansion notice N° 01/2025 for National and International Open pre-qualification Call for Tenders under reference N° : PREQ -NIO N°09/PRC/DEP/GCB/2024

Concerning the pre-selection of suppliers for

supply of the following materials :

Batch 01 : Débitmètre multiphasique.

Batch 01: Multiphase Flowmeter.

Batch 02: Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP).

Batch 03: Sampling System.

Batch 04: Metering Skid.

Batch 05: Line Analyzers.

Batch 06: Remote Telemetry System.

Batch 07: Telecom Network.

Batch 08: Hydraulic Power Unit.

Batch 09: Flare Equipment.

Batch 10: Flame Arrestor.

Batch 11: 3LPP / 3LPE Polypropylene Heat Shrink Tape (Weld Joint).

Batch 12: Cold Applied Tape (Pipelines).

Batch 13: Storage and Dosing Unit.

Batch 14: Chemical Products (anti-corrosion, anti-deposit, methanol, biocide).

Batch 15: Automatic Valve.

Batch 16: Instrument Air Unit.

The pre-qualification documents can be withdrawn at the following address: Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar Beida, Alger, and at the latest (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice on the BAOSEM by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5 000.00 DA) Five thousand Algerian Dinars. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account GCB BEA N ° 002 00111 1112200044 27 Boumerdes II agency for Algerian companies and (50.00€) fifty Euro for foreign bidders in the bank account of GCB BEA N°002000828208260725-94, agence Rouiba EL KENZ. (IBAN NR : 55002000828208260725-94 - Code SWIFT : BEXADZAL).

Candidates must submit the pre-qualification offer, along with the administrative and financial documents mentioned in the specifications.

In the context of prequalification tender, they must be submitted in three separate envelopes within a single package, to the following address:

 Within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, tenderers are permitted to tender for one or more lots, each lot requiring a separate prequalification offer.

Tenderers already pre-qualified according to the pre-qualification publication referenced PREQ-NIO N°09/PRC/DEP/GCB/2024 are not concerned by this expansion.

The pre-qualification offers will be opened and evaluated by the ad-hoc committee.

Tenderers retained will be shortlisted and consulted for all services covered by this pre-qualification. The pre-selected tenderers in this expansion notice will remain committed to their offer for a period of Five (05) years starting from the date of publication of the pre-qualification results on BAOSEM.
