Interested bidders can collect the tender documents from SENSUS SPA starting from the date of publication in BAOSEM, upon presentation of:
- For national bidders: Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000 DA) via the BEA (Banque Extérieure d'Algérie, Agency 087 El Eulma) RIB: 00200087087220055234.
- For foreign bidders: Present the SWIFT bank transfer notice in favor of SENSUS SPA for an amount of Sixty Euros (€60.00), non-refundable, to the bank account opened at the Banque Populaire Nationale, Agency No. 364 in Sétif. RIB: 00400364457000161038.

Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in a single envelope, accompanied by the documents required in the tender specifications. Offers must be submitted by the bidder's representative on the day of the envelope opening at the following address:
BP 02, Route de Batna, El Eulma, Sétif 19600, Algeria.
The external envelope must obligatorily mention the following:

The deadline for the submission of offers is twenty (20) days after the announcement of the tender at 12:00 PM. The public opening of the bids will take place on the same day at 1:30 PM at the following address:
BP 02, Route de Batna, El Eulma, Sétif 19600, Algeria.
If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal weekly rest day, the submission deadline will be extended to the next working day.
