The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction And Separation Activity, GNL & GPL DIVISION, Complex GL1Z BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA issues a open National and International invitation to tender for :

 Supply of the necessary spare parts for the rehabilitation of automatic valves in the T100 and T200 process area and valves, for GL1Z plants : In two (02) distinct shares:

1^st Share: Supply of spare parts for ADAMS VALVES brand valves, or equivalent.

2^nd Share: Supply of Various Spare Parts For Rehabilitation of Various Automatic Valves.

at the latest Sixty (60) days as from the publication of this opinion by any interested candidate, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of:

Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5000 DZD) for the local tenderers. and of,

Fifty Euros (50 €) for the foreign tenderers.

The payment will be carried out by transfer with the bank account of complex GL1Z N°002 00070 7004160178 25, SWIFT : BEXADZALX 070, opened near the bank external of Algeria at Marsa n°11, Street Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran).

The mode of tender in a one stage is applied to the present Invitation to tender.

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be given simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same fold, to the following address :

 At the latest sixty (60) days as from the publication on BAOSEM at 15:30 p.m.

The technical offers are supplied with a guarantee of offer of:

1^st SHARE :

Four Thousand One Hundred Euros (4,100.00 €) for foreign Bidders ;

Seven Hundred Thousand Dinars (700,000.00 DA) for national Bidders.

2^nd SHARE :

Four Thousand One Hundred Euros (€4,100.00) for foreign Bidders ;

Seven Hundred Thousand Dinars (700,000.00 DA) for national Bidders.

Of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say A hundred and Eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of (30) days calendar.

The folds containing the technical offers will be open in presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it at the meeting of opening which will take place at GL1Z Complex, BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA, in the days which follow the closing date of this invitation to tender.

The folds containing the financial offers will be open and examined in presence of the tenderers who wish to attend there or of their representatives designated at the time of the session of opening and exam of the financial offers that will take place at the date and hour and at the address mentioned in the invitation that will be addressed to the only tenderers of which the technical offers declared in conformity with the requirements of the file of the invitation to tender.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for One Hundred Eighty (180) days duration calendar starting from the deadline for submission of tenders.

The tenderers wishing to withdraw the schedule of conditions must provide their representative with one power of attorney (Legal representative) and the seal of their company to the effect of the withdrawal the schedule of conditions.

Companies must address a demand of invitation Forty-Eight (48) hours before the displacement of their loaded representative of the shrinking, for formalities of access use to the industrial zone.
