The Company of Industrial Maintenance of Skikda (Abridged SOMIK- Spa) issues a national and international open invitation to tender, in a single step, concerning:
Supply of thermal insulation material
Batch 01: PBM1 polyurethane blocks
Batch 02: Accessories for insulation products
Batch 03: Rockwool and Glasscloth
Batch 04: Aluminum & stainless steel sheets 6/10, in rolls.
Tenderers can participate for one or different batches

The bank voucher must carry the name of the company and tender’s number.

The tenderers must supply a submission bail with an amount of:
- 1 000 000.00 DZD for the locals;
- 6 500 € for the foreign ones.
The tenderers must submit their technical and financial tenders simultaneously.
The technical tender and the financial one must be put in internal envelopes, separated, sealed and stamped, placed in the same anonymous sealed envelope.
The internal envelopes UNIQUELY carry the acronyms, the company’s social reason and the tenderer’s address.
The external envelope must carry only the following mandatory mention:
