EXTENSION OF DEADLINE AND INFORMATION

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products, NAFTAL Spa, LPG Branch, informs the companies that are interested in the national and international competitive invitation to tender n°04/24/AONI/DIR/DTM/B.GPL, regarding:

Supply of thirty (30) air compressors for LPG Filling Centers,

published in the Baosem n°2295 of September 01, 2024, that the deadline withdraw the tender folder is extended by Thirty (30) days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

The date of the offers submission and opening session shall be communicated to the tenderers having withdrawn the specifications on the right time.

It is important to specify that it is the responsibility of the selected bidder to provide the buyer with the preliminary and final manufacturing documentation in order to submit it for approval to the ARH in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 21/261 of June 13, 2021, regarding the regulation of pressure equipment and electrical equipment intended to be integrated
