National and international open invitation to tender

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 06/A/2023 », regarding:

Supply of transport means for material and personnel divided into 04 batches:

Batch n° 01: 04 “6x6” road tractors with vehicle transport 75T long chassis

Batch n° 02: 02 “6x4” road tractors with semi-trailer 40T extensible-20m

Batch n° 03: 10 “4x4” trucks for transporting people

Batch n° 04: 02 “6x6” crane trucks 8T

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra Alger, and no later than March, 28^th 2023, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and justifying payment of an nonrefundable sum of (Fifteen Thousand Algerian Dinars) 15 000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (One Hundred and Fifty Euro ) 150 € for the foreign tenderers by banking voucher transfer to BEA Agency of Hydra 005 Algiers, Account N° 002 00005 005 220 0054 74 ; SWIFT BEA : BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Concerning the present invitation to tender, the technical tenders with no price indication and the financial ones, must be submitted in two separated folds put in the same fold, addressed or deposited at the following address:

SARPI, 24 Rue de Timgad – Hydra – Alger

On March, 29^th 2023 at 10h00 utmost.

For the Algerian tenderers the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

Batch n° 01: 1 000 000 DZD

Batch n° 02: 500 000 DZD

Batch n° 03: 1 500 000 DZD

Batch n° 04: 700 000 DZD

Established for SARPI, whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

For the foreign tenderers, the submission bail is with an amount of:

Batch n° 01: 10 000 € or its equivalent in USD

Batch n° 02: 5 000 € or its equivalent in USD

Batch n° 03: 15 000 € or its equivalent in USD

Batch n° 04: 7 000 € or its equivalent in USD

the offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address: SARPI SPA, 24 Rue de Timgad –Hydra Alger

On March, 29^th 2023 at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.
