The National Company of SONATRACH, Refining And Petrochemistry Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, RA2K Refinery of Skikda, launches a National And International Suppliers Prequalification Notice of candidates to establish a non-restrictive list of potential and qualified suppliers to be consulted for Supply of Tubes.

The Suppliers Prequalification will be done according to the terms and conditions defined in the Pre-Qualification file and open to all potentially qualified and eligible candidates.

RA2K Refinery invites all companies under algerian law and foreign companies, specialized in the markets indicated in this Suppliers Prequalification Notice to withdraw the Pre-qualification file at the address below :

Or requesting by E-mail at : RA2K.SPM@Sonatrach.dz, no later than Forty Five (45) calendar days from the publication date of this notice in the BAOSEM, upon presentation of a copy of the electronic commercial register and a mandate for the person responsible for withdrawing the file.

Candidacy files must be submitted in a sealed envelope, in three (03) copies, to this address:

The deadline for submitting the candidacy files is set at Sixty (60) calander days from the publication date of this notice in BAOSEM, and if the deadline for submission coincides with a public holiday or a legal leave day, it will be extended to the first working day.

Candidates who have withdrawn the Suppliers Pre-qualification file may obtain an additional information from the structure indicated at the address above.

The selected candidates at the end of this Suppliers Pre-qualification process will be published on a short-list in BAOSEM, and they will be invited to participate in the supplier consultations that will be launched by the Refinery RA2K of Skikda.

Any excluded company from SONATRACH's bargains can not apply for Suppliers Pre-qualification during the entire period of its exclusion.
