Lot N°4 : Admiralty Tube

SONATARCH, Activité RPC, Division Exploitation Raffinage, Raffinerie de Skikda (RA1K) launches a national and international open tender in one step, for :

Supply of tubes in four (04) separate lots:

Lot N°1 : Carbon steel tube,

Lot N°2 : Aluminium Tube,

Lot N°3 : Finned Tube,

Lot N°4 : Admiralty Tube.

Bidders may bid for one lot or for several lots.

Or requested via electronic mail spm_ra1k@sonatrach.dz no later than Thirty-Five (35) days from the date of publication of this notice, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DA) or Fifty Euros (50.00 €) and upon presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register.

Proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the DAO (bank statements/cash deposit slip) must be made out in the Bidder's name.

The one (01) stage bidding procedure applies to this invitation to tender.

Under this invitation to tender, technical bids, without any indication of price, and financial bids must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same anonymous sealed envelope to the address below:

The deadline for receipt of technical and financial offers is set at Forty Five (45) calendar days from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM at 16H00. If the last day of the deadline coincides with a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

Technical bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee for each lot;

For bidders under Algerian law:

Lot n°01 : One Million One Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 100 000,00 DA).

Lot n°02 : One Million One Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 100 000,00 DA).

Lot n°03: One Million Four Hundred and Seventy Thousand Algerian Dinars (1 470 000,00 DA).

Lot n°04 : Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (2 500 000,00 DA).

For foreign bidders:

Lot n°01: Seven Thousand Five Hundred Euros (7500,00 €).

Lot n°02 : Seven Thousand Five Hundred Euros (7500,00 €).

Lot n°03: One Hundred Thousand Euros (€100,000.00).

Lot n°04 : One Hundred and Seventy Thousand Euros (€170,000.00).

Whose validity period is equal to the validity period of the bids, i.e. One Hundred and Eighty (180) days, plus an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative(s) who so wish at the opening session to be held at the following address:

The date and time will be communicated in the invitation letters to be sent to bidders participating in this invitation to tender.

The bids containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or of their duly appointed representatives, on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation, which will be sent only to bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant with the requirements of the tender documents.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for submission of technical bids.
