The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender No. 03/AO/S.DPR/DRO/SARPI/2025. Regarding :

Supply of control valves and mov valves with accessories and spare parts

For the project: "Study, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Water Distribution Network in the Zone Skikda Industrial Plant.

The tender documents may be collected from the Western Regional Directorate of SARPI DRO, located at the following address: Hai Otmania Khemisti 02 Cooperative Grand Invalide De Gerre N° 67 ILOT E dz 31057 Oran, Algeria, no later than September 29^th, 2025, by any interested tenderer, upon presentation of a copy of the trade register for the activity, the tenderer’s wet stamp, a delegation of authority in the case of a mandated person, signed by the first person in charge, and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of 5,000.00 Algerian Dinars for local tenderers, 30 Euros or the equivalent in Dollars for foreign tenderers, by bank transfer to the account BEA Agence Hydra 005 Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005, or submitted electronically by sending a request to the following email address:

The two-stage submission method applies to this Invitation to Tender.

concerning this Invitation to Tender, technical offers, without any price indication, must be submitted in a single envelope, addressed to or submitted to the tender office at the following address: SARPI DRO, located at Hai Otmania Khemisti 02 Cooperative Grand Invalide De Gerre, No. 67 ILOT E dz 31057 Oran, Algeria,

no later than September 30^th, 2025, at 4:00 PM.

Technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail in the amount of:

1 500 000.00 DA (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars) for local tenderers.

10 000.00 (Ten Thousand Euros or equivalent in USD) for foreign tenderers.

The validity period of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., one Hundred And Twenty (120) days, plus an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The offers will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representative(s) who so wish at the opening session to be held at the following address: SARPI DRO, Hai Otmania Khemisti 02 Cooperative Grand Invalide De Gerre N° 67 ILOT E dz 31057 Oran, Algeria, on October 02^nd, 2025 at 9:30 AM.

tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of One Hundred And Twenty (120) Calendar Days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

Companies excluded from orders from SARPI spa and the SONATRACH group are not eligible to participate in this Invitation to Tenders.
