NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N° 02/AO/S.DPR/DRO/SARPI/2025

The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender  N° 02/AO/S.DPR/DRO/SARPI/2025, regarding:

Supply of Gate Valves, Check Valves, Y-Filters, and Spare Parts

For the project: "Study, supply, installation, and commissioning of a water distribution network in the Skikda Industrial Zone."

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from he Western Regional Directorate SARPI DRO, located at the address: HAI EL OTHMANIA KHEMISTI 02, Coopérative immobilière des Invalides tranche 67 ilot E Oran Algeria, and no later than July, 03^rd 2025, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and payment voucher of an nonrefundable sum of 5000 DZD for the Algerian tenderers 30 euros or equivalent in dollars for foreign tenderers, by bank transfer to the account BEA Agence Hydra 005 Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005, or submitted electronically by sending a request to the following email address: Abderrahim.MEFLAH@sarpi-dz.com Anis-Redouane.HANI@sarpi-dz.com

The submission mode in one step shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

Under this invitation to Tenders, technical offers, without price indication, and commercial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained within a single outer envelope.

The outer envelope, containing the two (02) envelopes, must be anonymous, addressed to or submitted to the Offers’ Reception Office at the following address: SARPI DRO located at HAI EL OTHMANIA KHEMISTI 02, Coopérative immobilière des Invalides, tranche 67, block E, Oran, Algeria on July 6^th, 2025, at 4:00 PM utmost.

the technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

5 000 000.00 DZD (Five Million Algerian Dinar) for the Algerian tenderers

35 000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand Euros or equivalent in USD) for foreign tenderers.

Which validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

The offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

On July 7^th, 2025, at 10h30.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission.

Companies excluded from SARPI spa and SONATRACH group orders are not eligible to participate in this Invitation to Tenders.
